Elite Home Health Care, Inc. provides at home healthcare services to the diverse cultural and ethic populations of the Chicago land area. Our Company is founded on a history of caring for others. The agency has successfully created an environment of teamwork and participation, with a focus on continual performance improvement. Intermittent skilled nursing, home health aides, occupational, physical, speech therapies, social work services are provided to Elite’s patients through Medicare, Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Health Care, and other private insurance or private payment sources.
The Elite Home Health Care team works together to ensure the best quality home care for all of our clients. All of Elite Home Health Care professionals meet our rigorous employee requirements and have graduated from an accredited school for their specialization. Additionally, each skilled employee receives extensive orientation with Elite Home Health Care’s operational policies and procedures. Finally, each discipline adheres to a code of ethics and accountability.

Accreditation
Elite Home Health is accredited by Medicare and home healthcare program is approved by Illinois Department of Public Health. We provide RN skilled nursing services, Physical Therapists Services, Occupational Therapists Services, Speech Therapists Services, Home Health Aides Services and Medical Social Workers. Services are provided through Medicare, Medicaid, Workers Compensation, private insurance and private payment sources.
